標題[NFL!] NFL challenge 規則

今天看到隔壁MLB發生的誤判的爭議，有朋友拿NFL的挑戰看重播來舉例討論。
我發現版上好像之前沒有貼過相關的規則，現在就補貼一下供版友或是新朋友
來參考一下好了。

Number of Team Challenges
Each team begins the game with two challenges that they are free to use,
except for in the last two minutes of a half, when the reviews are
automatically determined by the officials. If a team uses both of their
original challenges, and wins both of them, the team then gets one
additional challenge to use. This means that a maximum of three challenges
can be used by a team during any given game.
Timeouts and Challenges
In order to call a challenge, a team needs to have a timeout.
If a team is out of timeouts, even if they have remaining challenges,
they cannot be used. When a team initiates a challenge and loses it,
the team loses a timeout. However, if a timeout was taken by the team
and then a challenge was called, the team does not lose an additional
timeout.

節錄比較重要的兩段，意思就是 NFL的挑戰權，每一場比賽的兩隊各有兩次機會
可以挑戰。如果兩次挑戰都成功才會送你第三次，所以一場最多是三次機會。
第二個是說挑戰要用暫停來換，成功的話暫停還你，失敗的話就扣一次。而如果
你這個半場已經沒有暫停了，那麼就算你還有挑戰可用也無法使用。
另外就是上下半場最後兩分鐘是 Official Review時間，這個應該版友多數都知
道了，就不贅述了。
所以 NFL的挑戰權要使用也是必須要很審慎的，通常教練也會審酌翻盤的機率或
是場邊觀看的教練團還有球員給予意見才會用。（當然也會有死馬當活馬醫這種
用法啦XD，但多數還是審慎使用就是了）
像去年NE和IND那場其實是個很好的例子，關鍵時刻反而沒得挑戰。
