Hernandez has pled not guilty, but is being held without bail.
the evidence the Attleboro District Court has collected against Hernandez
over the past week appears damning bordering on overwhelming.
1. Hernandez is alleged to have erased 6-8 hours of video footage from his
home-security system
2. was reportedly caught on tape saying "you can't trust anyone anymore"
before picking Lloyd up on the night of the murder.
3. was also caught on film walking through his home with a gun after the
murder is alleged to have taken place
4. left behind a shell-casing in a rental car.
5. The prosecution believes Hernandez "orchestrated" the "execution."
What a moron....
