剛剛上網查了一下 這篇應該可以解釋吧

擷取重點
the rushing side can no longer hit an offensive lineman low on such plays,
and
players not on the line will no longer be allowed to push their own
teammates into blockers.
pushing a player into the line will be labeled unnecessary roughness and
result in a 15-yard penalty.
推自己隊友變unnecessary roughness且罰15碼 這規則滿讓我驚訝的
NE的rookie沒懸念了 回去哭吧P:
