While Sonic Colors' story is forgetable fun, the menus and level menus are
pretty rough, and don't match the great visuals found elsewhere.

Sonic Colors features tight controls with great level design; all of these
things lead to a game that's a joy to play. Except when it REALLY ISN'T due
to some puzzling stage design later on.

8.5 Lasting Appeal
While the main game itself will probably clock in around 11 hours or so for
most gamers, levels are more fun after beating the game and the challenge
levels will also keep players busy for a while.
