Thanks for your message. After incorporating the opinions from the
students and faculty, we've scheduled the gathering at 4:15 pm on
11/17 Fri in 專題討論室. We'll need two or three students to help with
moving the tables in the seminar room when the class in the room ends
at 4. Please let me know whether some of you can help at 4. I'll ask
the second year students to get drinks. Finally, I'd like to say that
it is OK if some of you have a different plan and are not going to
join the gathering.
Please pass the finalized time and location to your classmates.
