Project Description:
1. Find out the correlation between variable marketing spending (EATP), fixed marketing, and sales volume performance by using C488/J48P.
2. PVA is a list to show the value customers perceived for each feature or specification on the car. It's widely used to understand our products' price position against major competitors on equipment adjusted base. It's also an important tool to support company's pricing strategy development. To ensure a robust pricing strategy development process, we need to have an annual PVA update at the summer time to reflect the latest market environment
Desired Outcome:
1. Benchmarking the VM/FM spending level to target vehicle and find the optimal spending to performance rate and can be applied to the other vehicle lines.
2. Conduct competitor PVA benchmark and co-work with M&S. Complete the comprehensive list of PVA.
