第四段有個句子說到" Women's fashions opted for the cute
over the sensible or glamorous, with low-slung slacks
and skirts and abbreviated blouses contriving to
present a customer's midriff as an adorable preschool bulge."
為什麼要用contriving而不是contrived呢?
原句應為"...which are contrived to present...."
在這裡省略關係代名詞不是照理說要用被動法嗎?
還有它最後那一部分翻譯為：一如可愛的學齡前小胖胖
這這...這什麼意思阿？囧rz.......

它翻譯為：長在大圓臉上的明亮前視眼睛
為什麼set low不是翻成位置低的而是前視的呢?
set low 有前視的意思嗎?
