2008 Gongguan Paragraph/Essay Writing Contest
(held by Bernard, an English teacher)
NO ENTRY FEE!
The Prize: $NT 5,000
Topic:
Write an essay OR one paragraph to explain and defend your opinion about any
current Taiwanese or international issue or problem. Issues include, but are
not limited to economics, finance, politics, environment, education,
medicine, etc.
Guidelines:
1.Send your entry in the body of your e-mail to
bernard.japanese.english@gmail.com. NO ATTACHMENTS please.
2. Between 200 to 500 words. You may write several paragraphs or just ONE.
3. Only one entry per person.
Eligibility:
Any native Chinese speaker born in Taiwan. Bernard's current and former
students are encouraged to enter!
