Abstract:
The presentation deals with the conditions under which Blended Learning
Structures can be implemented into second foreign language teaching
methodology. First, I discuss different definitions of Blended Learning. In
this context, the opposite terms of Traditional and Modern Learning Environment
are also critically questioned. Is the addition of information technologies to
foreign language classes enough to create a modern learning environment? Many
questions regarding Blended Learning have not yet been answered in this field
and require further detailed research. Finally, the results of a study of
students’ behavior when acquiring a new foreign language through blended
learning are presented.
