[情報] 星期二微生物上課的補充

「isotype、alleotype、idiotype」這部分老師在上課有另外在找資料補充
且因為 這部分在課本上的內容好像非常不容易了解
所以我就跟老師要了他上課時show給我們的講義

ps本來想印給同學上課發…但是覺得現在上課的人有明顯變超少的情形
就把內容key in上來囉，不懂的同學再參考看看囉。

isotyoes

-definition:
isotypes are antigenic determinants that charaterize classes and
subclasses of heavy chains and types and subtypes of light chains.


allotype

-definition:
alleotypes are antigenic determinants specified by allelic forms of
the Ig genes.Allotypes represent slight differences in the amino acid
sequences of heavy or light chains of different individuals.
Even a single amino acid difference can give rise to an allotypic determinant,
althrough in many cases there are several amino acid substitutions that
have occured.


idiotype

-definition:
Unique antigenic determinants present on individual antibody molecules or
on molecules of identical specificity.Identical specificity means that all
antibodies molecules have the exact same hypervariable regions.
