1. Please make a table to briefly describe the diagnostic epipedon, horizon
and main soil characteristics of Soil Orders of Soil Taxonomy (USDA)
including Spododols, Ultisols, Oxisols, Inceptisols, and Entisols.
2. Please briefly describe the nutrient deficiency symptum of P, B, Fe, Zn,
and Mn in crop
3. Please make a table to compare the crystal structure type and net charge
of clay minerals including illite, vermiculte, kaolinite, and smectite.
4. What are the best management practices (BMP's)? Please give some important
soil management techniques to be applied for protecting the soil
environmental quality.
5. What kinds of factors affect the growth condition and biological

6. How to determine the optimum application rates of fertilizers to protect
the soil, crop and eco-environmental quality based on the relations of crop
yield and different appliaction rates of fertilizer nitrogen? Please make a
