First, please fill the online application form
http://efreeway.avcenter.ntu.edu.tw/freeway/oep-audio/member/NewMember.asp
and submit immediately.
Then you will receive your password from your email account that you have put
in the application form.
Second, you can logon to advanced program with your new account and password:
http://efreeway.avcenter.ntu.edu.tw/freeway/login_advanced.asp
Once you can logon, I think the platform is easy for you to access.
