If a restaurant requires deposits, it will charge a fee for any cancellation.
Six hundred dollars net of the fee can be used to buy coupons for those
who cannot or do not plan to go to this evening’s dinner.
However, I suggest we all go the dinner. Don’t not worry. There should be
no problem with the food as long as we avoid shell fish and diary products.
