EU的官網有保養品/化妝品關於動物實驗的規定:
The Directive puts an end to animal testing by imposing bans on:
-testing finished cosmetic products and ingredients on animals (testing ban);
-marketing finished cosmetic products and ingredients which have been tested
on
animals (marketing ban).
但是這條法令是針對"成品"
產品的單獨成份是否經過動物測試就無法規範了
