Supply Chain Analyst

Yuen Foong Yu Group (YFY Group, 永豐餘), founded in 1926, is a leading

Essential Functions (工作性質) :

1) SCOR Project (供應鏈操作參考模式計畫)

Develop KPI for supply chain performance measurement to capture "as-is"
state.  Quantify the operational performance of similar companies and
establish internal targets.  Derive the desired "to-be" future state by
characterizing the management practices and software solutions that result in
"best-in-class" performance.  Implement the SCM strategy.


2) RFID Project (無線電射頻辨識計畫)

Perform RFID project process decomposition and ROI calculation. By leveraging
current RFID technology, look for ways to improve supply chain performance
through re-engineering supply chain workflows and create new process models.



Qualifications:

Bachelors degree is required.  Masters degree in Industrial Engineering,
Logistics, Operation Management or Business Administration is preferred.
Working experience in logistics and supply chain management field is a great
plus.
Be able to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel
within the organization. Excellent written and oral communication skills in
Mandarin and English are favorable.
Be highly motivated, well organized, and dependable.  A sense of urgency, the
ability to work independently or in a team setting and a high standard of
professionalism and character are musts.
