如果說把關是沒錯
可是換一個方向想想
如果只把"不合格"的二一出去 這樣一樣會造成社會問題
這樣的大學教育方式我覺得也不甚正確 也不算一個負責的方式吧
不過說實在的 這個拿捏真的很不容易啦
