In my memory, this is not a new rule.
It has been carried out strict with those who applied for "selective admission".
I always consider that finishing a report after a job is done is a good thing.
Western contries are much better in documentary work and data base
collection than we are.
I also agree with such a program is good for education.
To make a poster presentation with honesty is as important as oral presentation.
Didn't I say that organized knowledge will be useful knowledge.
If one has not done much work, the poster may cover your motive, original
idea and problems to be tackeled. Most imporatantly, why it was not worked out.
I think we can sit down to work out an idea that both you and the faculty can
accept. What you say?
