我似乎不應該對這件事插嘴，我也不怎麼反對或贊成（明年我當專題生時）交報告；
但是據我所知，課程的任何主要要求，理論上或慣例上都應該於課程大綱中列出，
至少於加退選結束前告知。
在我看來，這不是應不應該交報告的問題，而是一個以行政專有名詞來說，
叫作「信賴保護原則」（無道德意涵，語意僅限於此名詞定義）的問題。
