Great Is Thy Faithfulness《輭的信實何其廣大》
作曲者 William M. Runyan (1870~1957) 在1923年於美國的堪薩斯州作此曲，
這首歌最早節錄自作者所編輯的『救恩與崇拜之歌-Song of Salvation and Service』
詩集，他在作這首曲時曾懇切禱告，祈求上帝使他能作出完全傳達詩中信息的曲譜，
並將這首曲調命名為『Faithfulness』。
今晚所演出的版本是由 Nathan Carter 編曲，由女中音溫暖的音色低聲傾訴做為
序幕，闡述著對上帝虔誠的讚頌與感謝，女高音的加入道出衪使四季順序替換的事蹟
，再來則是眾人一齊讚揚上帝，衪看顧每個人沒有盹眠，衪自昔至今永遠存在。在樂
曲中段，有一段無伴奏的旋律，緩慢的速度更加深了虔誠的意念，隨著音量逐漸增強
、氣勢逐漸擴大，在樂曲末段像是要向世人宣告上帝的偉大一般，逐漸帶至高潮。

Thou changest not, 你永世不改變，
Thy compassions they fail not; 滿有憐憫恩；

Join with all nature in manifold witness 同宇宙萬物，
