國立臺灣大學學生宿舍管理辦法 NTU Student Dormitory Management
第十九條  住宿學生不得有左列各款行為：
Article 19 The following behaviors are not allowed in boarding students:
    一、頂讓床位、霸佔床位、或排斥他人進住。
        Letting of bed space, holding up bed spaces, or obstructing others
        from moving in.
    二、偷竊、賭博、酗酒鬧事、鬥毆或打麻將。
        Stealing, gambling, drinking, assaulting, or playing mahjong.
    三、儲存危險物或違禁物。
        Storing dangerous or restricted goods.
    四、利用宿舍網路從事不法之行為或違反學術網路之使用規範。
        Engaging in illegal acts using the dormitory Internet or violating
        the access regulations for the use of academic Internet.
    五、擅自留宿外客或讓異性進出寢室。
        Keeping visitors for the night without permission or allowing other
        sex to enter dormitory rooms.
    六、引介商人進出宿舍買賣物品。
        Introducing business people into the dormitory to trade goods.
    七、接裝未經學校同意之電器。
        Installing electrical appliances unapproved by the university.

    八、在寢室內炊膳。
        Cooking inside the dormitory rooms.
    九、擅自在宿舍內飼養動物。
        Keeping pets inside the dormitory without permission.
    十、在宿舍建物內抽菸。
        Smoking inside the buildings of the dormitories.
    十一、擅自將寢室內之公物移至寢室外或毀棄。
          Moving public properties inside the dormitory outdoor, damaging
          them, or disposing of them without permission.
    十二、違反宿舍生活自治會訂定之有關住宿規定。
          Violating accommodation rules stipulated by the Dormitory Life
          Self Regulation Committee.
    十三、其他違反公共衛生、居住安寧或公共安全之行為。
          Other behavior in violation of public health, environmental
          peacefulness, or public safety.

    前項第十二款之規定及其違反時之議處方式，應送請學生住宿服務組核備。
    The processing method for Item 12 above and the processing method for the
    violation of the same shall be reported to the Student Housing Services
    Section for future references.

    違反第一項第一款至第三款之規定，及第四款、第十三款其情節重大者，經宿舍管理
    人員、宿舍生活自治會及學生住宿服務組查證屬實者，勒令退宿，並不得再為住宿申
    請。
    Students in violation of rules stipulated in items 1 to 3, and item 4 and
    item 13 with major offence, where verified to be true by the dormitory
    coordinator, the Dormitory Life Self Regulation Committee, and the Student
    Housing Services Section, shall be ordered to have the accommodation
    cancelled and not to be re-applied for.

    違反第一項第四款至第十一款及第十三款之規定，由宿舍管理人員或宿舍生活自治會
    警告無效，經查證屬實者，勒令退宿，並自退宿登記日起一年內不得再為住宿申請。
    Students in violation of rules stipulated in items 4 to 11 and item 13,
    where warnings had been given by dormitory coordinator or Dormitory Life
    Self Regulation Committee without improvement and verified to be true,
    shall be ordered to have the accommodation cancelled and not to be
    re-applied for within one year after the registration for the cancellation.

國青研三宿舍生活公約 Guo-qing Dorm Management Regulations

1. 宿舍內所有地區不能吸煙，包含陽台與逃生通道。
   No smoking in public area, including balcony and emergency exit.

2. 走廊與公共區域不能堆置任何私人物品，所有鞋類必須置於鞋櫃中。
   No personal stuffs in corridor and public area.

3. 開啟空調時請關閉窗戶，以增加設備使用年限。
   Please do not open the window and turn on the air condition simultaneously.

4. 走廊行走時請輕聲慢走，勿在走廊大聲聊天喧嘩，且請小聲關門。
   Please keep voice down in corridor and close door softly.

5. 使用廁所時請勿站在馬桶上，使用後請沖水，並將衛生紙丟入垃圾桶。
   Do not stand on the toilet and flush tissue paper into this toilet,
   please flush after use.

6. 請勿使用飲水機洗手與傾倒食物殘渣。
   Do not wash hands and dump leftover in drinking fountain.

7. 違反上述生活公約者，將通知輔導員，依住宿法規處分。
   Students in violation of rules stipulated above shall be notified to
   counselor and disciplined under National Taiwan University Student
   Dormitory Management Regulations.

8. 舍胞違反生活公約或台灣大學宿舍管理辦法十九條之第十三款(凡違反公共衛生、
   居住安寧或公共安全之行為)，經舍胞或輔導人員舉發查證屬實，且經舍胞30人具
   名連署確認受到其影響，將視為情節重大，並依住宿規定退宿。
   Students who had been verified by dormitory counselor in violation of
   Guo-qing dorm management regulations or National Taiwan University
   Student Dormitory Management Regulations stipulated in item 13 of
   article 19, and also influenced more than 30 Guo-qing residents with
   signatures will be given major offence and shall be ordered to have
   the accommodation cancelled.

    environmental peacefulness or public safety)

公用廚房 使用公約  The Using Convention of kitchen
                                           （本公約經97年舍胞大會同意後實施。）
1. 為維護公用廚房使用品質及使用人權益，特此訂立此公約。
   To maintain the quality of kitchen, please follow this using convention.
2. 公用廚房二十四小時開放使用。
   Open time of kitchen is 24 hours.
3. 公用廚房優先提供國青舍胞使用。
   Students living in Guoqing dorm have the priority to use kitchen.
4. 公用廚房內禁止吸煙、酗酒及非法行為。
   Smoking, alcohol or illegal conduct was prohibited in kitchen.
5. 禁止攜出烹調設備及其他公物。
   Prohibition of carrying out the cooking equipments and other property.
6. 尊重他人使用權益，請維護環境清潔，勿大聲喧嘩，使用公用廚房後請恢復原狀。
   To respect for other users, please maintain the clean environment and do
   not make much noise. Make everything recover after using of kitchen.
7. 請自備烹飪容器，公用烹飪設備使用後需清潔。
   Please bring your own cooking containers and clean cooking equipments
   after use.

8. 電器類器材使用後請關閉電源。
   Please turn off the power after using electrical cooking equipments.

9. 垃圾請依照資源回收種類放進所屬垃圾桶。
   Please put refuse into recycling bins according to their types.

10.違反使用公約者，勞動服務一星期，否則退宿處分。若造成公共財物損壞或遺失，
   需照價賠償。違規情節重大者，依校規及住宿管理辦法懲處。
   In violation of the using convention, the punishment would be one week
   labor service, or drop out of dormitory. If the public property was
   damaged or lost by someone, he/she would have to compensate the price
   of lost. Other serious irregularities would be punished according to
   school and dormitory regulations.

11.其他未完備事宜，參照學生住宿管理辦法。
   Please reference to NTU student dormitory management regulations for
   anything not list in this using convention.

國青宿舍生活設施

B1：桌球桌、健身器材 ～ 同學們可自行使用，桌球拍可至二樓輔導員室借用，
                        使用時請注意安全

偶數樓層：公用廚房 ～ 24H開放，提供微波爐、電鍋，
                      為確認使用人與確保設備安全，請誤幫不明人士代為開門

2F：辦公室 ～ 備有簡易醫療用品，可借用籃球、排球、足球、網球拍、羽球拍、
              飛盤、桌上遊戲，詳細借用方式請洽輔導員

5F：大陽台 ～ 有曬棉被架

1F,2F,5F~11F：報紙 ～ 四大報每天輪流出現在宿舍各樓層，
                      請至不同樓層尋找想看的報紙，
                      2F有訂英文報，同學可至二樓閱讀。

國青宿舍進駐與離宿流程

進駐：
  請於上班時間，攜帶繳費收據、戶籍謄本、大頭照一張，至2F辦公室報到，領取鑰匙。

轉宿(外轉)：
  (1) 第二十一條住宿學生有正當理由者，得於學生住宿服務組每學期規定之時間內，
      填具調遷申請書，經核准後，調遷宿舍，但每學期以一次為限。
  (2) 同學需先尋找願意交換之合法床位。
  (3) 請找輔導員領取轉宿申請書，並至兩邊宿舍辦理轉宿申請。

離宿：
  (1) 請於上班時間至輔導員處填寫離宿申請以及退還宿舍押金之資料。
  (2) 欲提早領取畢業證書仍需暫時住宿者，需繳交延後歸還鑰匙的押金，
      不需者則直接歸還鑰匙。
  (3) 已填寫離宿申請後要歸還鑰匙者領回押金者，平日請至2F辦公室，
      假日可至1F櫃檯辦理。

備註：標準房價 男宿 每學期 NT 11,900  暑宿 NT 4,700  押金 NT 2,300
               女宿 每學期 NT 12.900  暑宿 NT 5,100  押金 NT 2,300

國青宿舍會客注意事項 GUEST ENTRY
  1.所有訪客(含父母及家人)均需在櫃檯辦理登記，配戴訪客證，
    會客時間限於早上9:00至晚上22:00。
    All guests (including parents and family) must be properly
    signed in through the counter,wear a visitor permit
    and shall be hosted by ONLY at 9:00am to 22:00pm.
  2.請尊重他人權利及隱私，並嚴禁留宿外客。
    No overnight guests are allowed due to the IYC liability
    and privacy for other boarding students.
  3.經檢舉查證，將依住宿法規辦理
    Don't break the rules or you'll be kicked out of dorm!

學生宿舍進出及會客辦法 
第六條  學生宿舍會客規定如下：
    一、會客時間：由各宿舍自訂之。
    二、會客須知：
        ‧賓客會晤學生一律在會客室辦理會客手續後，始得進入寢室探訪。
        ‧門衛或值日工友除應對訪客善加接待外，並應連繫被會學生前來會晤。
        ‧賓客及學生於會晤期中，不得有聚眾暄嘩、酗酒、滋事、推銷商品、長時逗
          留或私宿舍內等情事，必要時，宿舍管理人員得予以制止，並要求訪客離去。
