*原因: 因鍋爐熱水系統循環馬達故障，須進行維修，
上禮拜廠商還沒更新完畢， 這周六須再停熱水一次，冷水依舊正常供應。
Because the motor of boiler was broken, we have to repair it. And the janitor
has to renew the motor this weekend. Not hot water will supply on that time.
