各位舍胞大家好，我是本週剛到職的輔導員[余建華]^^
之前都在基金會擔任社工員，
幫助偏遠、弱勢的家庭，
很高興能在此展開新的工作與學習。
結束了為期三天的新人訓練，
終於來到了陌生卻溫馨的國青宿舍；
雖然一切都還沒上手，
但在徐輔導員和大家的包容和指導下，
我相信自己能有稱職的表現！！
面對未來的輔導與管理作業，
還有迫在眉睫的宿舍整修工程，
建華會以敬業樂業的態度，
跟所有舍胞一起為住宿品質的提升，加油打拼～
