近日宿舍浴廁工程已開工，以下幾點事情提醒大家:
1.明日宿舍周圍圍籬會搭建完成，會封閉殘障坡道的通道，請大家使用宿舍大門的安全通
道進出宿舍，為維護舍胞的安全，明日起門禁會改為24小時刷卡進出，以控管人員進出。
2.現在施工期間，各樓層工人進出較複雜，若舍胞有發現工人在該樓層吸煙或喝酒精性飲
料，可直接與輔導員反應，並不要與工人直接衝突，同學可記下施工人員的背心號碼，告
知輔導員或保全，我們會直接處理。
3.最後通知大家若有大門口的腳踏車尚未搬離的，請大家今天一定要搬離，明天生治會與
輔導員會將尚未搬離的腳踏車移至圍籬旁，並拆除腳踏車架，請同學多加配合。
4.整修期間有許多重要事項輔導員會透過email與張貼公告在電梯間告知，請同學多注意
信箱與電梯的公告，以免露消息而不清楚。
5.再次提醒大家，整修期間注意自身安全，請走安全通道，個人財務請保管好，同學可以
開始慢慢打包，6/25、6/26臺大郵局會在國青駐點提供包裹寄送服務，同學可多加利用。

About the dorm renovation, there are some important things to remind you:
1. Tomorrow will complete build the fence around the dorm and close the
passageway for disabled. Please use the main entrance to get into the dorm.
For safety, the main door access control will change to 24-hour.
2. During construction period, the workers on each floor is more complicated.
If you see any workers smoking or drinking alcohol, you can tell dorm
counselor or the security guard. (Remember their number on vest). Please don’
t conflict with the workers directly; the dorm counselor will deal with it.
3. If you haven’t moved your bicycle out from the dorm, please move it
today. The dorm counselor and dorm student association will move the rest of
bicycles to the fence tomorrow and we don’t responsible for the lost
bicycles. Thanks for your cooperation!
4. There are many important notices during renovation; the dorm counselors
will inform you through NTU-email and posting it in the elevator. Please pay
more attention on those news.
5. Please pay attention for your own safety and your belongings, thanks for
your cooperation again!
