Each department has a unique name, a unique number, and a particular employee who manages the department. We keep track of the start date when the employee began managing the department. An employee may manage several departments. A department may have several locations. Each employee manages at most one project. We also keep track of the number of hours per week that an employee works on each project. Each employee could have a direct supervisor. Each employee may have dependents, whose data include name, sex, birth date, and relationship to the employee.
