在HInit.c裡第861行寫說，
861 if (bestP<LSMALL)
862 HError(2126,"ViterbiAlign: No path found in %d'th segment",segNum);
在HMath.h裡第37行寫說
37 #define LSMALL (-0.5E10) /* log values < LSMALL are set to LZERO */
所以只要bestP < (-0.5E10)就會跑出這個error
為什麼我的會跑出來咧…有沒有人知道該怎麼解決的請教我一下謝謝。
