A handy tool for HTK header and data

Hi folks,

For those who use HTK file format a lot, I have a handy tool to dump header (and data).
(Very similar to the dump function in HList but reuires no config file.)
Please follow the following steps:

> cd /a/directory/you/like/
> git clone ~ugoc/git/htk_header.git/
> cd htk_header
> make

You will find a executable file HHeader in htk_header/bin/
To dump the header of feature.mfc, type
> bin/HHeader feature.mfc
or
> bin/HHeader -d feature.mfc
