5+ yrs in MOCVD GaN LED R&D or Production.
Skilled in high volume commercial production scale MOCVD process and equipment.
Knowledgeable in yield improvement, equipment uptime
Knowledgeable in LED device physics
Paid moving expense and temporary housing
