To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter for my student XXXXXX who will attend
the XXXXXX Conference in SOMEWHERE with me and SOMEONE ELSE during XXXXXX.
I am an invited speaker of the conference. We will also visit XXXXX for
our collaborative research work in advanced XXXXXOUR RESERCH, where XXXXME
will give an informal presentation. XXXXXME is currently employed as a
full time research assistant dedicated for XXXXXXXMY REASERCH. This
project was supported under a XXXXXXX Program Project from XXXX.
This trip is an integral part of collaborative research between XXXX and XXXX.
XXXXX conference gathers all eminent researchers of cross-disciplines around
