The golgi bodies are involved in secretion.
In plants, most of the golgi bodies are involved in the synthesis
and secretion of noncellulosic polysaccharides
destined for incorporation into the cell wall.
高基式體參與分泌作用，在植物細胞內，高基式體更參與細胞壁的合成，
它負責合成除了cellulose纖維素外的多醣類成分。
Evidence indicates that different steps in the synthesis
of these polysaccharids occur sequentially
in different cisternae of the golgi body.
這些多醣類的合成，是在高基式體的一個個cisternae，
cisternae就是長的很像口袋麵包（講的同時畫一個口袋的形狀）的囊腔，
多醣類在這一個個口袋麵包中傳遞，並且逐步合成。
Golgi bodies also process and secrete glycoprotein
that are via transition vesicles.
除了多醣類，高基式體也負責處理由ER運送來的glycoprotein醣蛋白，
這些醣蛋白被ER用稱為transitiom vesicles的囊泡包裝，送到高基式體。
These transition vesicles flow from the ER
to the forming face of the Golgi body.
The glyclproteins are transported stepwise across the stack
to the maturing face by means of shuttle vesicles.
They are then sorted in the trans-golgi network.
高基式體接收這些囊泡的面稱為forming face，
在高基式體中，醣蛋白被以shuttle vesicles 接送，
在一個個cisternae口袋麵包中傳遞，最後由maturing face吐出，離開高基式體。
(其實以上都是騙p幣的XD，唯一的重點在下面：
重點整理：
高基式體合成並分泌兩種東西，
一是細胞壁中除了cellulose纖維素外的其他polysaccharids多醣類成份，
二是由內質網傳來的glycoprotein醣蛋白。
這些醣蛋白被ER以transitiom vesicles 運輸囊泡包裝，
由高基式體的forming face接收，
在高基式體中的cisternae中逐步被修飾。
因為cisternae是獨立的口袋麵包，
所以polysaccharids是藉由shuttle vesicles穿梭囊泡，
在一個個cisternae之間移動，並逐步被修飾。
最後則從maturing face吐出，離開高基式體。
這是用口語的方式表達的，當然每個人有自己習慣的方式，
只是在這裡提供我自己的報告方法，
如果有人不知道該怎樣「報告」，可以參考看看。
【C 其他事項】
由於只是一個開創的階段，所以大家想要做什麼都歡迎自由發揮，也不必有太大壓力，
A組的同學只需精讀一頁卻能學到完整的章節，其實是很值得的！
第一次由於需要補上個星期的遺傳學，又要跟上新的分類演化學進度，
所以可能比較趕，每個人分配到的時間較少(約10 min)。
遺傳學大部份是大家高中都學過的，所以希望把重點放在高中沒學過，
或是提的很少的東西。
如果有人還想加入A組，或是之前有表態要參加但是沒有被寫到的，
可以聯絡我，或逕自加入，原則上就是從p227往後加，一人讀一頁左右，
直接在下面推文即可。我會再連絡各位。
