這段話...我看不懂

    「 雪會反射大部分的太陽輻射(短波)，亦即在短波的吸收率及放射率都很低
     ；但雪在長波段吸收率及放射率很高。所以雪在白天無法吸收熱量，但是
     晚上卻很有效率發射長波，損失能量，因此剛下了雪的夜晚特別冷。」

沒有去上課...看不懂 = =

想了很久還是不知道該怎麼解釋....
