上次的徵稿大概沒有氣候變遷相關的影片，而且，要能夠用在紀錄片的片段？？？
要得搞定版權的問題吧？！
再則，PAL system是歐洲用的格式，台灣跟美、日用的應該都是NTSC格式。
所以基本上是有困難的！
