   剛剛看了一下 review comment 的 form
   寫給 authors 的部分他註明:
   Please note: The following comments will be sent to "the authors" of this
   paper.
   另外一個寫給 committee 的部分註明:
   Notes for program Committee only. These notes will not be sent to
   "the author".

→ bluetai:只是覺得用authors文章看起來比較乾淨~
→ bluetai:因為可以省冠詞the還有機會省後面動詞的s~ :p
