因為L一調, delay會變很多且PVT對Delay的變化會變大很多很多很多!

做Leakage的paper就是這樣, 很多paper要refer要比較!
我那篇不過就是一個小範圍的小題目,
就有4X個文獻, 最後一頁有3/4都放reference, 真是Orz.

→ gwliao:顯示他看paper看的很仔細, 應該知道這paper的品質
