自己回,從 doc 看來是可以的:
Optimizing Vias (Via Swapping)
When the design is free of DRC violations, NanoRoute can optimize vias by
replacing single-cut vias with multiple-cut vias or with fat vias (single or
double-cut vias with an extended metal overhang). NanoRoute does not replace
double-cut or quad-cut vias during via optimization.
Ensure the following before replacing the vias:
Double-cut vias and fat vias are auto-generated or defined in the LEF file.
The design is completely global and detailed routed.
If you delete any wires after routing, reroute the design before replacing
the vias.
The design is free of all DRC violations.
NanoRoute optimizes vias by replacing normal single-cut vias with the
following types of vias:
Fat double-cut vias
Normal double-cut vias
Fat single-cut vias
To replace the vias, select DFM on the NanoRoute form or issue the following
commands:
setNanoRouteMode -drouteOptimizeUseMultiCutVia truedetailRoute
To ensure that NanoRoute chooses vias with the largest overhang first,
specify the following parameter:
setNanoRouteMode -drouteUseBiggerOverhangViaFirst true
To replace single-cut vias with quad-cut vias, specify the following
parameter:
setNanoRouteMode -drouteUseViaOfCut 4
