DAC TRAVEL ASSISTANCE GRANT
The 43rd Design Automation Conference has awarded PING HUNG YUH travel
assistance to attend this year's conference in San Francisco, CA, USA (July
24 - 28, 2006). Your check will be waiting for you at the conference
Speaker's Desk in the North Lobby of the Moscone Convention Center.
Your grant is in the amount of $300.00 U.S. dollars.
In order to receive this money at the conference, we must have your tax form
in advance. Attached please find W8 and W9 forms. Please fill out the
appropriate form and email to Kathy Embler via kathy@dac.com. Please send
this no later than Tuesday, May 23, 2006.
