I am greatly indebted to my dissertation advisor, Professor Yao-Wen Chang for
his tremendous support, encouragement, and guidance throughout my graduate
study. Many discussions with him helped me progress in the right direction.

Han in UMC who provided me many helpful comments to the topics on chip
