3 months old girl with young infant fever
Dx : urinary tract infection
該患者在9/30-10/5有fever, urine culture出現E.coli,
admission for iv antibiotics 1 course, follow up urine analysis on 10/11
showed no pyuria.
New onset of fever up to 38.8 celsius degree was noted on 10/16
