Student Development Program in Private Equity Fund

MagiCapital Group Ltd. (東博資本集團), a leading Taiwan-based private
equity fund, is offering 1-year development / scholarship program to
undergraduate to graduate students. Welcome students interested in
exploring a career in business or investment field to apply for this
opportunity.

PROGRAM DETAILS
1. 1-year program starting from summer 2014
2. 1 – 2 working days per week, depending on class schedule
3. NTD 150K scholarship per person

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collect and analyze industry and company information
2. Participate in company visits and draft call reports
3. Assist discussions with potential investment targets and prepare
   financial and operating analysis reports
4. Participate in transaction execution and liaise with accountants,
   lawyers and other third party professionals
5. Assist office administration work

QUALIFICATIONS
1. University (3rd or 4th year) or graduate students major in
   finance, management, accounting or economics
2. English test score required for application
3. Basic research and report drafting skills
4. Detailed-oriented, quick learner with good learning attitude
