HSBC's Custody and Clearing business operates in 32 markets in Asia-Pacific,
the Middle East, Southern Europe and Latin America, providing world class
custody and clearing services to global custodians, fund managers and broker
dealers worldwide and is responsible for the safekeeping of over US$400
billion in client assets.

HSBC Custody and Clearing Department Taipei is looking for a section head.

Job title: Corporate Actions Section Head

Job description:
- Contact foreign institutional clients, brokers, company registrars,
  and local agents regarding trading of:
  a)      Securities Borrowing and Lending
  b)      Exchange Traded Fund (ETF)
  c)      ECB/ADR/GDR conversion
- Reply clients' e-mail and enquiries.
- Perform internal transaction records.

Requirement:
- 3 years experience in financial related area. 1 year supervisory
  experience is a plus.
- Good command of English as daily contact with clients is required.
- Willing to work under time pressure as the job is highly related to
  the market condition.
- Qualified in the Trust Agent Test. (This is a must due to regulations.)
