Dear All:
You need to turn in a case write-up on perspective partners on
Tuesday. The report should include your analysis of the project
and the terms you start to negotiate with. The terms include the
up-front terms (give detailed explanations as to why your opponent
will accept these terms as the starting position) and your walk out
terms, the terms that you will never accept as Disney or HK government.
Then, on 6/3, you and your opponent teams need to turn in another report
together about the results of the negotiation and why do you reach
such a result.
Take care and good luck!. Remember, on Tuesday, the Disney team will come
first and HK team will come on 10:40. Let me know if you have further
