Kimberly-Clark Marketing Trainee Recruitment Plan
Qualification:
MBA with GPA above 80
Excellent command of English both in writing and speaking.
Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
Selection Process:
Resumes:
Interested candidates shall submit detail resumes both in English & Chinese
to Kimberly-Clark Taiwan before June 13, 2004.
1st Interview:
A selected list of candidates will be invited to have an interview with HR
Division. HR Division will propose 10 candidates for further interviews
before June 25. A short English Test will be conducted.
Presentation:
Each Candidate shall prepare a 20 ~ 30-minute presentation based on the topic
Marketing Division assigned. Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and Top
management team will score each candidate's performance.
Final interview:
Based on each candidate's performance and qualification, a short list of
candidates will be selected for final interview.
Result: 3 ~ 4 top performers will be invited to join Kimberly-Clark Taiwan
to grow with us.
