Managing P/L for Make up Category.
" Leading marketing partners to develop the communication plan, including the advertising execution adaptation, media planning, in-store activities etc.
" Monthly sales forecast,
" New product launch preparation
- products/shade selection
- research co-ordination with Zone
- New product evaluation (S21 and P/L)
- Launch Evaluation
" Monthly competitors' analysis in the segment of makeup.
" Coordination with sales, training, PR and logistics department on daily operation.
QUALIFICATION
Education University Graduated or Above
Work Experience At least 2 years working experience in marketing field (cosmetic industry or FMCG will be a plus.)
Professional Skills MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Main Responsibilities
" In charge all the coordination of Beauty Class (including students' recruiting & teaching)
" Acting mode make-up Podium in department store.
" Provide make-up technique and knowledge to client or media.
" Backup the BA training classes.
QUALIFICATION
Education College & above
Work Experience 3 years in field experience OR 2-3 YEARS IN Make-Up TRAINING (skin care training will be a plus)
Professional Skills Computer, presentation, Make-up skill, teaching skill
Language Englsih: Good understanding, written, and spoken
Mobility Possible working during nighttime, Saturday and Sunday
