我想real time pcr是經過label的sequence在作PCR時會放出螢光
可藉發光的程度知道pcr有沒有作成功 量有沒有被放大
照樣產物就不會被污染了 也比較快
傳統的方法是做完後要跑gel
那rt-pcr是用來作RNA的
先經過reverse transcriptase轉成cDNA
再去做PCR
