醫學分子檢驗實習 (Medical molecular diagnosis practice)
學分數: 4學分

課程大綱: 本課程主要提供給院區內碩博士生修習．因為實習空間與時間的侷限，每學期
僅提供最多5位同學修習；每位同學修習時間為4周，相當於160小時．課程分兩階段，第
一階段是臨床分子檢驗實驗室的實際操作、QC管控與結果的判讀，內容包括：遺傳與癌症
基因的鑑定、骨髓移植相關之HLA高解析定序分型、病毒量與分型檢測、藥害與用藥劑量
相關基因的檢測；第二階段則是開發分子檢驗醫令流程的學習，包括：SOP的建立、QC
materials的製備與報告format的製作
This course mainly offers to graduate student in medical campus. Due to space
limitation, up to 5 students could be admitted per semester. During a 4-weeks
practice, the students could have an experience of technique practice,
quality control and result interpretation in various genetic and tumor gene
identification, sequence-based HLA typing, viral load and genotyping,
drug-associated gene analysis; in addition, the student would practice an
organization of clinical service item, including establishment of SOP,
preparation of QC materials and report format.
