How to define “traffic jam”in Network? 2). How to design a reasonable mechanism to cause traffic jam (long range)? What is the feasible a. First identify the shortest paths b. Once the shortest paths are defined, how to determine the # of total input particles in each time step at different location? c. Should the whole transportation be determined only with vo (initial condition) given? Should it be a const. or dependent on other local/ global information? d. How about the input? 3).
