Long time ago, when you took the course of ShingYi,
this would be the question in your final exam.
The answer is 內三合：心與意合，意與氣合，氣與力合，
外三合：肩與胯合，肘與膝合，手與足合。
內三合與外三合總稱六合。
If you read the book "形意拳指引" written by our teacher,
you can find it.
However, the book is out of print.
If you want to buy one or get a copy of it,
please come to our club and talk to the teacher.
