不過你可以到社團來向老師請益。
肩與胯合，肘與膝合，手與足合，很簡單就是照字面做。
不過最好的方式一樣是請你到社團來，看看應該怎麼作。
這樣是最簡單而且不會誤解字面意義的作法。
