Dear TMs Club Presidents of NTOU, NTU, and Yuang Ze:
It is our pleasure to invite you and your club members to attend a special TMs
joint meeting hosted by Chang Gung TMC for four campus clubs on November 1,
Saturday, 16:00-18:00, (followed by an entertaining program of Bar-B-Q) at
Chang Gung University campus. This is going to be a historical event that the
very first time four campus TMs clubs have a joint meeting.
Please provide one prepared speaker and one individual evaluator from your club
with their names and speech number/title to Chang Gung TMC EVP Jay Yang as early
as possible.
Chang Gung TMC will take the responsibility as Toastmasters of the Meeting;NTOU
TMC will chair the Joke session, Yuang Ze TMC will chair the Table Topic
session; and NTU TMC will chair the session of evaluation including language
evaluation and general evaluation. Please provide the assignees names to Jay
Yang as early as possible.
Chang Gung TMC has reserved a magnificent meeting venue which could accommodate
200 people. Many TMs/guests from District 67 shall attend this occasion. A
detail map and an instruction of transportation, via school bus or car driving,
will be provided along with the meeting agenda. Please announce this great event
at your regular meeting and then inform Chang Gung TMC Officers the approximate
number of attendees from your club.
I hope this e-mail may help you to inform your members in time at your regular
meeting and thus facilitate the agenda programming by Chang Gung TMC.
