除了old members有4位還沒交社費，我已經口頭確認過
會幫他們先用社團盈餘墊付
(1)如果有意想新加入的member，還沒繳交社費的
(2)或者你現在身份是old member，想參加卻又還沒繳社費
(3)又，以上名單沒有你，但你已經交錢了@@"
