2.Submit club officers.
Add new members' imformation into website: www.toastmasters.org.
(you need a code, and I'll give you that)
You have to check 中華郵政系統 to get an English address.
3.Go to the post office in MRT regularly to get members' manuals and
magazines.
這個信箱廢止了沒還須再確定，目前住宿的社員我都把他們寄送雜誌的地址寫我家地址
4.學期末要統計每個member已經做的speech數和未來預定達到之speech數，
以及有達到CTM、CL等等的人，都須上報總會！
